Reproduction

Two bees making the most of my chives, and the lovely weather.

Aquilegia

This Aquilegia self-seeded by the fence.  It is so pretty that I'll collect the seeds and see whether I can introduce it to the meadow for next year.

Yellow Rattle

I am pleased to report that the Yellow Rattle has come back this year.  This is an essential for wildflowers because it is semi-parasitic and keeps the more vigorous grasses down.
